OUR LEAD TIME

MADE-TO-MEASURE CURTAINS,BLINDS & BESPOKE PRODUCTS
Our current lead time for bespoke orders is 2-4 weeks. Please note for orders which you would need to supply your own fabric our lead time may count from the day we receive your fabric.
FABRICS & SAMPLES
Fabrics sold by metre are dispatched within 1-3 working days.
READY-MADE ORDERS
We produce each product per order to avoid any fabric waste. These are handmade and dispatched within 6-7 working days (Mon-Fri.)
Some large or multiple orders for example invoiced orders, which may exceed our ability to produce in time, we will contact you to discuss the lead time for dispatch.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
Standard delivery charge £4.99
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class. However larger or heavier purchases alternatively may be sent via a courier shipment.
Please note, we will not be responsible for undelivered/lost parcels if the provided delivery address is the incomplete/incorrect so please make sure all details are correct upon checkout and contact us asap if it needs to be amended.
If you haven’t received your order and believe it has been lost during the delivery, please contact us within 2 weeks from the day of received dispatch note, in order for us to be able to investigate. We may not be able to help, and/or send out a replacement if you contact us after the 2 week period.
Please note, we are not responsible for any delays in deliveries that are out of our control.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We hope that you like your purchases however if you are not entirely happy with your ready-made product we will gladly accept returns for a full refund / exchange within 28 days from original payment date. Made to measure orders which are made to your specification or fabrics sold per metre cannot be returned. Please note that we ask that you contact us first to discuss your return/ exchange info@avlen.co.uk
RETURNS CONDITIONS
Please note we will only accept returns on ready-made products which are returned in new/unused condition and in its original packaging.
Sadly we would not accept returns on bespoke made-to-measure products or fabrics sold per metre. Free fabric samples can be requested via info@avlen.co.uk
If you return your purchase after the periods outlined above we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
We guarantee high quality of our products which are individually handmade in our Kent based workshop, however if you believe your purchase has arrived faulty or not as described please contact us first to discuss your return / replacement.
Refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
REFUND DELIVERY CHARGES
You will be entitled to a full refund for the product, provided you meet the terms of this policy mentioned above. We are unable to provide a refund of the delivery charges for your returns unless items are faulty. We do not accept liability for any items that do not reach our workshop neither can we accept liability for any items that may be returned in error. Customers will be asked to cover the cost of the return. Recorded delivery service is recommended with proof of postage. Please make sure all returns are well packaged to avoid any damage made during delivery transit.
We do not currently ship to addresses outside of the UK.
